High Carbon Products
Mica Industries Ltd. manufactures High Carbon Steel Wires in various sizes in carbon 36 to 80. We offer wires in various finishes i.e. annealed, hard, coated (phosphate & oil condition) and clean surface. All properties like hardness, tensile strength, size tolerance, coil weight etc are maintained as per customer's specification.
The High Carbon and Low Carbon Steel Wires are used to manufacture automotive products, balls & taper roller bearings, barding hoses, chains, conveyer belts, free cutting wires, needles, spokes spring tying wire, wire rope, wire mesh etc. |

Spring Steel Wires |
|
| |
 |
Spring Steel Wires are used for manufacturing tension and compression coil spring which are subjected to static or low to high dynamic stresses and even for impact loaded spring. These wires find application in automobile, cycle and other industrial equipment. The wires are generally supplied in phosphate and oiled condition. The three different grades of spring steel wires are manufactures by us are:
Grade I: should be used for spring and wire form subjected to static load or load cycles low stressed.
Grade II: Should be used for springs and wire from subjected to moderate load cycles – moderately stressed.
Grade III: Should be used for highly stressed springs, for spring under moderate to high dynamic stresses and in smaller diameters even for impact loaded spring. |
